each membership gives you monthly access to palm haus experiences with applicable haus favorites included at no additional cost. choose the frequency that fits best into your routine.
how it works
all palm haus sessions are included in your monthly membership. each visit may be used for either infrared recovery or somatic reset, allowing you to choose the experience that best supports your needs that day. applicable signature collection enhancements are included based on the service selected.
pause
members may pause their membership for up to 3 consecutive months. pause requests must be submitted before the next billing date. billing will be suspended during the pause, && membership benefits will resume once the membership is reactivated.
membership benefit flexibility
during your active membership, you may transfer one palm haus session per month to a friend or family member. if you choose to cancel your membership, any unused membership benefits may be used for up to 3 months following your final billing period. after this 3-month period, any remaining unused benefits will expire.
cancellation policy
memberships may be canceled at any time. cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date. no refunds will be issued for completed billing periods.
