memberships

disclaimer

all signature collection enhancements are included in your monthly membership price. members have access to unlimited enhancements during their scheduled massage appointments. enhancements may be combined && customized based on your preferences, appointment timing, && therapist recommendations.

pause

members may pause their membership for up to 3 consecutive months. pause requests must be submitted prior to the next billing date. billing will be suspended during the pause, && membership benefits will resume once the membership is reactivated.

membership benefit flexibility

if you have a scheduled massage appointment during your membership period && would like to transfer your included enhancements to a friend or family member, you may do so. transferred benefits must be used during a scheduled appointment. if you choose to cancel your membership, any unused membership benefits that have accumulated may still be used up to 3 months following your final billing period. after this 3-month period, any remaining unused benefits will expire.

cancellation policy

memberships may be cancelled at any time. cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next billing date. no refunds will be issued for completed billing periods.
